Health & Wellness
Our full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life benefits on the first day of the month following your first day of employment. We have three options from Cigna, which include two PPO plans and one HSA plan.
Short & Long Term Disability
In an event that you become disabled from a non work-related injury or sickness, disability income benefits are available as a source of income.
We offer both Basic Life and AD&D insurance, as well as Voluntary Life Insurance. Basic Life and AD&D is provided to our employees at no cost.
Paid Time Off
We are committed to providing our employees the flexibility to enjoy a balance of work and personal life. To help this balance, we offer a generous allocation of Paid Time Off (PTO) for employees each year.

401(k) Employee Stock Ownership Plan
Regular, full-time and part-time employees who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. You can start contributing to the plan the first of the quarter following your hire date. You'll be able to defer up to 75 percent of your salary into the plan, up to the IRS annual allowable maximum.
After 12 months of employment, you will start receiving a 100 percent match from us, up to 5 percent of your eligible pay.
You will also be eligible to receive an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allocation after you have worked for us at least 12 months.
Free Bank Accounts
When you work with us, you'll want to bank with us too. We have a variety of account options for you to do all of your banking needs.
If you have a desire to continue your professional education in addition to your full-time job responsibilities, we encourage you to do so by offering education assistance. After six months of employment, full-time employees can receive a tuition reimbursement of up to $2,000 per calendar year.
STAR Referral Program
Our employee referrals are a tremendous recruiting tool to attract top talent to work for LegacyTexas. All employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus of up to $1,500 depending on the position filled.
Employee Assistance Program
We care about the health and well-being of our employees and recognize that a variety of personal problems can disrupt personal and work lives. We provide an Employee Assistance Program to all full-time employees. Professional counseling for personal concerns, financial problems, legal issues and many other issues through telephone and online tools.

Accommodations for Access to the Application Process

The procedure for handling accommodation requests for applicants is as follows:
