Browser Settings

  1. From the Tools icon select Settings.
  2. From the Settings menu select ‘advanced’ at the bottom of the screen.
  3. From the Privacy menu select Content Settings.
  4. Select the following from this page:
    1. Cookies: Allow local data to be set (recommended).
    2. JavaScript: Allowed(recommended).
    3. Pop-ups: Allowed

Security

  1. From the Tools icon select Settings.
  2. From the Settings menu select ‘advanced’ at the bottom of the screen.
  3. From the System menu select “Open Proxy settings”
  4. Click on the Advanced Tab.
  5. Check the box next to Use SSL 3.0

Deleting Temporary Internet Files

NOTE: Deleting all Temporary Internet Files from your browser history will require you to go through the Enhanced Security Login process again and reset your computer to PRIVATE so Online Banking recognizes your device the next time you log in to your account.

  1. From the Tools icon select More tools
  2. From the Tools menu select Clear Browsing Data.
  3. Select “the beginning of time” from the dropdown in the dialog box.
  4. Check the following:
         a. Browsing history
         b. Download history
         c. Cached images and files
         d. Cookies and other site data
  5. Click the Clear browsing data button.

Deleting Cookies Only
